Karunya University KEE-UG and KMAT Details

The University conducts Karunya Entrance Exam (KEE) for admission to B.Tech and B.Sc Agri. (Hons.) and students have to qualify the Karunya Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) in order to secure admission in MBA. Preference will be given to students with a valid score in CAT / MAT. Candidates are allowed to take the online entrance exam on any day from the KEE UG & KMAT (MBA) – 2022 examination slots. The examination is held in online mode and candidates can choose any of the one slots.

Q. When will the entrance test of Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences be held? 

Ans. The Karunya Entrance Examination (KEE-2019) will be held in 53 centres across India on April 27th, 2019. Those who would like to take admission in B.Tech. / B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. Horticulture programs should appear and qualify in KEE-2019 (http://karunya.edu/admissions/ug)

Q. How many marks should a candidate score in higher secondary examination to get admission for B.Tech degree at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences? 

Ans. A candidate should score a minimum of 60% in Maths, Physics and Chemistry to get admission for B.Tech degree. For B.Tech Bio branches, students from Computer Science and Biology are also considered. For core engineering branches, A pass in 10+2 Vocational stream (with the subjects General machinist, electrical machines and appliances, electronic equipments, draughtsman civil, auto mechanic, textile technology, etc.) with any one of the Engineering related subjects namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry with minimum average percentage put together 60%.
